This Almond Coffee Cake is the BEST coffee cake I have ever eatenÔÇŽand that is kind of saying a lot since I have eaten a lot of cake in my life:) This is hands down my favorite! I used Blue Diamond's Honey Roasted Almonds to create an almond streusel filling and topping for the cake and it is really makes the cake! The cake itself is pretty great too. Gorgeous and moist thanks to sour cream and gently flavored with almond extract, cinnamon and vanilla.

  7. Pour them into the mould, and sprinkle with the streusel on top..
  8. Bake them around 30 to 40 minutes, it depends on your oven..
  9. Check using a toothpick test. If it comes out clean, it means the cake is ready..
  10. Take out your cake from the oven, let it slightly cool about 10 minutes, take it out from the mould, and you could wrap it (after it's getting way cooler) with foil and store it into your chiller for at least 1 hour before you eat it..
