  • 1 kilogram salmon, cut into fillets
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 ounces medium potatoes, peeled and cut into strips
  • 4 sticks medium carrots, peeled and cut into strips
  • 2 cups fresh cream
  • 1/2 cups capers

    Season the fillets with salt and pepper. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, sauté the onion, potato strips and carrots in olive oil for 10 minutes in a pan over medium heat.

    Then add the cream, capers and mix. Reserve.

    Place the fillets in a refractory greased with oil and cover them with the reserved cream.
