  • 2 tablespoons ice water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1-2 teaspoons salt
  • 1-2 teaspoons pepper
  • 10-15 milliliters oil for frying

    Start by separating the ingredients for your homemade mini burger.

    In a large bowl, place the meat, water and oil.

    Mix quickly with your hands, without crushing the meat too much so as not to compromise its juiciness and texture.

    Divide the meat into portions that are proportional to the size of the mini hamburger bun, usually around 40g. Make the shape of a ball and then flatten to form the burgers.

    Season the homemade mini-burgers with salt and pepper to taste on both sides.

    Place a skillet over medium heat and, when hot, add a tablespoon of oil. Place the hamburgers in the skillet and, to be medium, fry for 6 minutes total, turning every minute.
